Studies have proven that informal learning centers like MOSH are vital educational tools.  MOSH presents curriculum-based programs to more than 30,000 school children each year. About 30 program choices are offered in a variety of topics and field trips include time to explore the Museum, including Traveling Exhibits. If you can’t come to us – we’ll come to you for an Outreach!

2016 – 2017 Educational Group Rates & Information

  • $5 per student/adult for general admission to MOSH
  • Add a private program for $4 student/adult
  • Programs can only be booked at 9am, 10am, 11am, or 12pm based on availability
  • Groups must have 10 or more students to book a program
  • Field trip groups get one free chaperone for 10 or more students
  • All tours are self-guided

Groups must book at least 30 days in advance and pay a $50 deposit no later than 2 weeks after the field trip is booked. If the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, a $50 deposit is due at time of booking.


HOW TO BOOK YOUR FIELD TRIP

Contact us at least 30 days prior to your desired date. Large groups may require multiple dates. Deposits are refundable with notice of cancellation within 30 days or more of your scheduled visit. Deposits are applied to the total cost of your tour. Upon arrival, we will collect payment for the amount of students and chaperones in attendance.

REFUNDS:

Refunds of $16 or more will be mailed to your school. Refunds of less than $16 will not be given.

An Education Program Contract will be emailed upon completion of the registration process. Exhibit guides and references available upon request.
